ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is currently pending before the South Carolina Administrative Law Judge Division. By my Order
for Prehearing Statements dated January 2, 2001, all parties were required to file Prehearing Statements
within fifteen (15) days. The Petitioner filed its Prehearing Statement on January 17, 2001. To date, nothing
has been received by the Respondent. Failure to comply with an Interlocutory Order may result in dismissal
adversely to the party failing to comply. For good cause, it is hereby
ORDERED that this matter is DISMISSED.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
