This matter is before the Administrative Law Judge Division ("Division") pursuant to Petitioner's Motion to Withdraw Citation filed
August 29, 2000. In the motion, Petitioner requests to "withdraw the citation and penalty on the grounds that review of the
documentation reveals that § 41-10-60 applies and this matter is inappropriate for citation."
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above-captioned case is dismissed.
