ORDERS:
ORDER OF RELEASE
Pursuant to this Court's Order of July 28, 1998, the above-named Respondent was found in
contempt and was sentenced to confinement in the Richland County Detention Center for a period of
two days. Respondent was further ordered to pay a $1,000 fine to the Administrative Law Judge
Division, or in lieu thereof, remain in the Richland County Detention Center for an additional two
days, for a total of four days of confinement. The fine has been remitted to the Division on behalf of
the Respondent.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Respondent, James E. MacDonald, be released
from the Richland County Detention Center no earlier than 5:00 p.m. this date.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
