ORDER OF DISMISSAL (Settlement)

This case is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. It appears to the satisfaction of the Division that the matter has been fully and finally settled by agreement. In the settlement, Lonne Tweed consents to cease and desist from using the designation "PT" or "PTA" in violation of S.C. Code Ann. §§ 40-45-210 and 40-45-215 (Supp. 1997), and the South Carolina Department of Labor, Licensing & Regulation, State Board of Physical Therapy Examiners (Board) consents to seek a dismissal of the pending action. Pursuant to the agreement, the Board filed a Motion to Dismiss on April 3, 1998.

Therefore, based upon the agreement of the parties, IT IS ORDERED that this case be and hereby is settled and dismissed.

AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
