ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This case is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. Richard Simmons,
Counsel for Respondent, filed a "Voluntary Agreement" Order on July 14, 1998. In the attached
settlement agreement the Petitioner, Dr. Harold J.Elliott, agrees to cease the practice of medicine,
effective July 30, 1998, waive further proceedings, and give up forevermore the right to practice
medicine in South Carolina.
Therefore, based upon the agreement of the parties, IT IS ORDERED that this matter be and
hereby is settled and dismissed with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
