ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-captioned matter before the Administrative Law Judge Division involves a
discovery dispute arising from a contested case pending before the State Board of Social Work
Examiners. It appears that the contested case matter before the Board of Social Work Examiners
has been settled pursuant to a Consent Order dated October 21, 1998, signed by the parties in the
above matter. Accordingly, I find that the discovery issue before the Administrative Law Judge
Division is now moot.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that because the discovery issue before this Court is
now moot, the above-captioned case bearing Docket Number 97-ALJ-11-0427-A-IJ is hereby
dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
