ORDERS:
CONSENT ORDER
IT APPEARS unto this Court that the parties, through counsel, have agreed to a settlement of the
above captioned matter, whereby the Respondent shall immediately and permanently enjoined
from engaging in the unlicensed practiced of nursing as such is defined in the S.C. Code of Laws
§ 40-33-10, et seq. (1976, as amended).
NOW, THEREFORE, BY AND WITH THE CONSENT OF THE ATTORNEYS FOR THE
PARTIES, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the Respondent, effective immediately, be
permanently enjoined in the unlicensed practice of nursing as such is defined in the S.C. Code of
Laws §40-33-10, et seq. (1976, as amended).
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
