ORDERS:
CONSENT ORDER
IT APPEARS unto this Court that the parties have agreed to a settlement of the above captioned
matter, whereby the Respondents shall be immediately and permanently enjoined from engaging in
the unlicensed practice of public accounting as such is defined in S.C. Code Ann. §40-110, et.
seq. (Supp. 1995).
NOW, THEREFORE, BY AND WITH THE CONSENT OF THE PARTIES, IT IS HEREBY
ORDERED that the Respondents, effective immediately, be permanently enjoined from engaging
in the unlicensed practice of public accounting as such is defined in S.C. Code Ann. §40-110, et.
seq. (Supp. 1995).
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Complaint is dismissed without prejudice, subject to the
Respondents' adherence to the terms of the injunctive relief outlined above.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
