ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-entitled case is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. On August 2, 2002, a Motion to
Dismiss Petition for Injunctive Relief was filed by S. Phillip Lenski, Attorney for Petitioner, due to the parties' agreement
to an alternative resolution of the matter, and as such, there is no further need for the hearing scheduled on August 9, 2002.
A copy of the Motion to Dismiss is attached hereto and made a part of this Order.
Therefore, IT IS ORDERED that the above-captioned case be and hereby is dismissed and the hearing which was scheduled
for Friday, August 9, 2002, at 1:30 p.m. has been canceled.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
