ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL WITHOUT PREJUDICE
The above-entitled case is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. On March 21, 2002, Motion for
Voluntary Dismissal Without Prejudice was filed by S. Phillip Lenski, Attorney for Petitioner, stating that the issues in this
matter have been resolved by the parties. Petitioner further requests that the dismissal be without prejudice to protect
Petitioner's right to request review by this Court of this matter in the future, in the unlikely event that it becomes necessary.
Therefore, IT IS ORDERED that the above-captioned case be and hereby is dismissed without prejudice, and the hearing
which was scheduled for Thursday, March 21, 2002, at 9:30 a.m., has has been canceled.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
