ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before the Administrative Law Judge Division pursuant
to the request for injunctive relief and civil penalties filed on September
7, 2001, by the South Carolina Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation,
State Board of Cosmetology. On October 5, 2001, the Department filed a
Motion Withdrawing Petition for Injunctive Relief and Civil Penalties,
wherein the Department indicated the Respondent has closed her place of
business.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this case is dismissed without prejudice.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for Monday,
October 15, 2001, is cancelled.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
