ORDERS:
CONSENT ORDER
This matter came before the Court pursuant to a Petition filed by the South Carolina Manufactured Housing
Board requesting injunctive relief. Richard W. Simmons, II, Esquire represents the Petitioner Board in regard
to this matte, with the Respondent being represented by Jackson Seth Whipper, Esquire.
IT APPEARS that this Court has subject matter jurisdiction over this action and personal jurisdiction over all
parties.
IT FURTHER APPEARS that the Parties, by and through their Attorneys, have reached an agreed
settlement which they desire to be made an Order of this Court. It has been agreed that Respondent will
consent to a permanent injunction, enjoining him from further violation of S.C. Code Ann. § 40-29-100 (A)
(2001). Specifically, the agreed upon injunction shall permanently enjoin Respondent from further engaging
in or offering to engage in the business of selling manufactured housing in this State while not properly
licensed pursuant to S.C. Code Ann. § 40-29-10, et seq. (2001).
THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Respondent, effective immediately, be permanently
enjoined from further violation of S.C. Code Ann. § 40-29-100 (A) (2001). Specifically, Respondent is
permanently enjoined from engaging in or offering to engage in the

business of selling manufactured housing in this State until such tie as he obtains the proper licenses required
by the applicable provisions of S.C. Code Ann. § 40-29-10, et seq. (2001).
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
