ORDERS:
ORDER
IT APPEARS that Petitioner filed its Petition praying that this Court issue a final order permanently enjoining Respondent
from further engaging in or offering to engage in the business of selling manufactured housing in this State until such time
as Respondent is properly licensed, levying a fine of Ten Thousand and No/l00 ($10,000.00) Dollars, the costs of this
action, or for such other and further relief as to the Court may be just and proper; and
IT FURTHER APPEARS that Respondents have voluntarily ceased engaging in the business activity which formed the
underlying basis for Petitioner's request for an injunction and that Petitioner has requested the dismissal of its Petition
without prejudice.
THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the Petition in this matter is hereby immediately dismissed without prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
