ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
In the above-captioned matter, Petitioner failed to appear at a hearing scheduled for
February 4, 1998, before a Department hearing officer. Based on Petitioner's failure to appear,
the case was dismissed, and Petitioner appealed to this tribunal. In a letter dated March 6, 1998,
Charles M. Black, Jr. Attorney for Respondent, states that the Department is now willing to grant
Petitioner's request to reschedule the hearing and give her an opportunity to be heard.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above-captioned case is hereby dismissed on
condition that the Department shall grant Petitioner a new hearing.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
