ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is currently pending before the South Carolina Administrative Law Judge Division and is
scheduled for a hearing on the merits for June 12, 2001. The Petitioner has informed the Court that she
is withdrawing her appeal. Therefore, for good cause shown, it is hereby
ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for June 12, 2001 is CANCELLED.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
