ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before the Administrative Law Judge Division pursuant to an Agency Transmittal Form received November
2, 2001. Community Funding Company ("Respondent") filed a request for a contested case hearing regarding the
Department's imposition of a $100.00 penalty. By letter dated November 21, 2001, counsel for the Department indicated
this matter had been resolved.
Furthermore, on November 5, 2001, the Clerk's Office sent a Memorandum to Respondent providing, "In order to process
your case and have it assigned to an administrative law judge, you must file the applicable $70.00 filing fee made payable
to the Administrative Law Judge Division or request a waiver, within 10 days of the date of this Memorandum."
Respondent has not submitted the filing fee or the request for a waiver.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this case is dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
