ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before me pursuant to the Motion to Dismiss filed by Counsel for Petitioner Inez Sullivan
with the undersigned Administrative Law Judge. According to the Motion to Dismiss, Appellant has
experienced a decline in health that would interfere with her ability to care for the children in the above
matter. Appellant therefore requests that her appeal of the decision of the Department of Social Services be
dismissed.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above matter be dismissed with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
