ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
Notice of Appeal in the above matter was filed with the Administrative Law Judge Division ("ALJD") by Appellant on July 13, 2000.
By letter dated August 3, 2000, both parties were informed of filing deadlines and furnished a copy of the ALJD rules.
By letter dated August 22, 2000, Appellant was informed that the Appellant's Brief was due by September 16, 2000. By letter dated
September 13, 2000, the time for filing Appellant's Brief was corrected to September 18, 2000. The September 13, 2000 letter was
returned to this office marked "Unable To Forward" on the envelope by the United States Postal Office. Appellant's Brief was not
filed by September 18, 2000.
By letter dated October 10, 2000, the Appellant was notified that this matter would be dismissed if the Appellant's Brief was not filed
within (15) fifteen days of receipt of the letter. The October 10, 2000 letter, sent via certified mail, was returned to this office marked
"Move, Left No Address". As of this date, Appellant's Brief has not been filed, and Appellant has not notified this office of a new
address.
Pursuant to ALJD Rule 38, this appeal is dismissed for failure to comply with the time limits in the above-referenced matter.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that this appeal is dismissed with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
