This matter is before me on the Motion to Dismiss of Thelma L. Dwight, Petitioner. The
Petitioner sent this office a letter post-marked March 15, 1999, stating that she no longer requests
a contested case hearing and requesting that the hearing scheduled for April 13, 1999 at 1:30 p.m.
be canceled.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above-captioned case bearing Docket No. 99-ALJ-18-0043-CC be dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
