ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before the South Carolina Administrative Law Judge Division ("Division")
pursuant to a request for appeal filed by Marion Strickland ("Petitioner"). Petitioner's request
for appeal was filed with the Division on October 26, 1998. Petitioner appealed the Final
Administrative Decision of South Carolina Department of Social Services ("Respondent"),
denying his food stamp application. On December 30, 1998, both Petitioner and Respondent filed
letters with the Division indicating that a settlement agreement was reached. The letters are
attached hereto and incorporated as Exhibit A (Petitioner's) and Exhibit B (Respondent's). By
virtue of the parties reaching an agreement, there appears to be no further controversy for
consideration.
THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the above-captioned matter is hereby
DISMISSED.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
