ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL FOR DEFAULT
On August 27, 1998, an ORDER was issued to all parties requiring the filing of the Record on
Appeal and Briefs in this matter. The Record on Appeal was filed on October 9, 1998, with the
Appellant's Brief due on October 26, 1998. No Brief was received from the Appellant by the close
of business on October 26, 1998. On November 4, 1998, Notice of Failure to File Brief and
Potential for Dismissal by Default was filed, wherein the Administrative Law Judge directed
Appellant to file her Brief by November 12, 1998. Appellant's Brief was not received by the close
of business on November 12, 1998.
Therefore, due to Appellant's failure to comply with the time limits set for filing Appellant's Brief,
IT IS ORDERED that the above case be and hereby is dismissed for default.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
