ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before the South Carolina Administrative Law Judge Division ("Division")
as the result of the request filed by Chandler Owen ("Petitioner"), appealing the Final Agency
Decision of South Carolina Department of Social Services ("Respondent") issued on or about May
18, 1998. In a letter, dated October 18, 1998, Petitioner notified the Division of his desire to
withdraw the request for appeal. The letter is attached hereto and incorporated as Exhibit A. By this
recent request of Petitioner, there appears to be no further controversy for consideration.
THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the above-captioned case matter is hereby
DISMISSED.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
