ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before me on Motion of Mary White, Petitioner, filed with the Court on
February 27, 1998. Petitioner states in her Motion to Dismiss that she wishes to withdraw her
request for a contested case hearing and moves the Court for an order dismissing the above
matter with prejudice.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above-captioned case bearing Docket Number
97-ALJ-18-0752-CC is hereby dismissed with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
