ORDERS:
CONSENT ORDER OF DISMISSAL
Pursuant to a Consent Order in the above matter dated June 11, 1998, this matter was held
in abeyance until the final hearing on the Family Court matter case number 97-DR-32-2260. The
Family Court matter was heard on August 25, 1998 and the Honorable Leslie Kirkland Riddle issued
a Final Order dated October 6, 1998.
THEREFORE, upon motion of the Petitioners' counsel, James Fletcher Thompson, and with
the consent Kathy Gettys Woods, attorney for the Defendant,
IT IS SO ORDERED that this matter is hereby dismissed.
