ORDERS:
ORDER
This matter, which concerns the placement of children by the Respondent with the
Appellant for foster parent care, was assigned to the undersigned Administrative Law Judge by
the Chief Administrative Law Judge on May 15, 1997. A hearing was scheduled for June 20,
1997. The parties have informed the Court that they have reached an agreement as to the issues
herein, which is as follows:
A. The Respondent will not revoke the Appellant's foster care license.
B. The Respondent will reduce the number of foster children placed in Appellant's
home from five to three at any one time and said placement will take place as soon as possible,
subject to the availability of foster children. This concludes the agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, on Motion of the parties, IT IS ORDERED that the above
agreement be, and it is hereby, made the Order of this Court.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
