ORDERS:
CONSENT ORDER PERMITTING STRIKING OF PETITION IN ACCORDANCE WITH RULE 40(J) SCRCP
This matter is before the Court upon the motion of Petitioner pursuant to
Rule 68 RPALC that Rule 40(j), SCRCP be made applicable to this case, thereby
permitting Petitioner to strike its petition with leave to restore within one
year of it being stricken. Counsel for respondent having consented as
reflected by his signature below and on Petitioner’s Notice of Striking
Petition which has been filed with the Court,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Petitioner be allowed to strike its petition in
the above-captioned matter pursuant to and subject to the provisions of Rule
40(j), SCRCP. The Clerk of Court is directed to reflect in the file of this
case that the petition is deemed stricken on the date of the Notice of Striking
Petition is filed with the Court.
