By a letter dated March 11, 2004, Petitioners notified this tribunal that, due to the expense
of pursuing this matter further, they wish to withdraw their request for a contested case hearing in
the above-captioned case.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the hearing in the above-captioned case scheduled
for Tuesday, April 27, 2004, is CANCELED, and this matter is hereby DISMISSED with prejudice.
