ORDERS:
CONSENT ORDER OF DISMISSAL
Petitioner and Respondent have come to an agreement in the above action and Mr.
Williams agrees to withdraw his request for a contested case hearing before the Division. The
Department has agreed to issue a permit for an ultra-shallow septic tank system to Mr. Williams for
his property located at 8323 Oyster Factory Road, Edisto Island, South Carolina. The specifications
for the system will be contained in the permit.
