ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before the Administrative Law Judge Division pursuant to a request for a contested case hearing filed on
March 18, 2002. Petitioner sought to appeal the decision of the Saluda County Board of Assessment Appeals to uphold the
property tax assessment determined by the Saluda County Assessor. By letter dated April 4, 2002, Petitioner indicated he
wished to withdraw his request for a hearing.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this case is dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
