ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The Petitioner filed a Stipulation of Dismissal pursuant to Rule 41 (a)(1) of the South Carolina Rules of Civil Procedure
with this Division on March 19, 2002. Petitioner dismisses all claims in this matter.
THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this case is DISMISSED.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the previous order of the undersigned judge to the parties to submit Preliminary Tax
Appeal Statements and the previous order of the undersigned judge to the county board to transmit documents are hereby
rescinded.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
