ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is currently pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. The Petitioners, by their letter dated and
sent by facsimile to this Division on April 17, 2002, state that they are no longer interested in pursuing their request for a
contested case hearing on the tax assessment of their property in Charleston County. Finding good cause,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above-captioned case be dismissed with prejudice.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the hearing previously scheduled for April 25, 2002, is removed from the docket.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
