ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before the Administrative Law Judge Division ("Division") pursuant to a request for a contested case hearing filed on
June 5, 2000. The hearing was scheduled for Tuesday, December 19, 2000. Petitioner, however, requested a continuance because of
health problems. By letter dated March 13, 2001, Petitioner withdrew her request for a contested case hearing based on the same
health problems.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above-captioned case is dismissed with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
