ORDERS:
ORDER DENYING MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION
This matter comes before me upon a Motion filed by Respondent Joseph C. Hilton, III,
for reconsideration of the Final Order and Decision issued by the undersigned administrative law judge in the above-captioned matter
on June 27, 2000. Pursuant to ALJD Rule 29(D), a party may move for reconsideration of a final decision of an administrative law
judge in a contested case, subject to the grounds for relief set forth in SCRCP 60.
After reviewing Respondent's Motion for Reconsideration, I find that Respondent fails to substantiate his grounds for reconsideration.
Further, I find that the issues in this matter have been thoroughly litigated and that the Final Order and Decision issued on June 27,
2000, is supported by the relevant evidence and applicable law.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Respondent's Motion for Reconsideration is denied and that the Order issued on June 27,
2000, remains in effect as the final administrative decision and order in this case.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
