This office received a letter on April 12, 2000, from the Petitioners in this matter, Joseph G. Mahaffey, Sr., and Alinda
Mahaffey, stating that they are no longer interested in pursuing the appeal regarding the above matter as the market value
estimate of the property in question has been changed by the Spartanburg County Assessor to that value sought by them.
Therefore, finding good cause,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above-captioned case be dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
