ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-captioned matter was filed with the Administrative Law Judge Division (Division) on
December 12, 2003. On February 11, 2004, Geoffrey R. Bonham, attorney for the Petitioner, filed a
letter with the Division which set forth that the Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation has
withdrawn the citation and penalty against the Respondent in this matter. Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
