ORDER OF DISMISSAL
In the above-captioned matter, on January 12, 2000, Petitioner Ted Klingler informed by telephone this tribunal that
Petitioners wish to withdraw their request for a contested case hearing. Furthermore, Petitioners failed to respond to a letter
dated January 12, 2000 requesting that Petitioners file a Preliminary Tax Appeal Statement with this tribunal by January 17,
2000 to preserve their appeal.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above-captioned case is hereby dismissed with prejudice.
