ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-entitled case is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. On February 8, 2000, a letter was
received from Petitioner, stating "Because of my accepting a job opportunity out of state, it is no longer feasible for me to
continue with the appeal of the assessment of my 1999 Dodge Caravan". Accordingly, I am requesting that you will honor
my request to withdraw from this case. . .". Copy of letter is attached hereto.
Therefore, IT IS ORDERED that the above-captioned case be and hereby is dismissed and the hearing which was scheduled
for Monday, March 13, 2000, at 10:00 a.m. has been canceled.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
