ORDERS:
CONSENT ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above entitled action was instituted by the Petitioner, against the Respondent, challenging the valuation of certain real
property in BeaufortCounty, South Carolina, and seeking refunds of taxes allegedly overpaid thereon.
The referenced matter having been settled between the parties, the undersigned attorneys for the respective parties herein,
hereby stipulate that this matter be dismissed with prejudice, and forever ended, with each party bearing its respective costs.
The terms of the aforesaid settlement are set forth in that certain correspondence, dated March 16, 2000, from Stephen P.
Hughes, Esquire to G. Trenholm Walker, Esquire, a copy of which is attached hereto, and the terms of which are fully
incorporated herein by reference.
