ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-entitled case is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. On May
14, 1999, a letter was received from W. Andrew Gowder, Jr., Attorney for Petitioner, stating, "Please
be advised the Island Preservation Partnership is withdrawing the appeal in the above matter".
Therefore, IT IS ORDERED that the above-captioned case be and hereby is dismissed and
the hearing which was scheduled for Tuesday, June 1, 1999, at 2:00 p.m. has been canceled.
