ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before me at the request of Harvey Arick, Petitioner, by letter filed with the
Court on December 16, 1998, which is incorporated herein by reference. Petitioner indicates in his
letter to the Court that he is ill and on disability and wishes to drop his request for a contested case
hearing in the above matter.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above-captioned case bearing Docket Number
98-ALJ-17-0596-CC is hereby dismissed with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
