ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The Court received a letter dated April 28, 1998, from Petitioner Jeanette M. Ricci
indicating that she is withdrawing her request for a contested case hearing and that she accepts
the decision made by Horry County. Petitioner's letter dated April 28, 1998, is incorporated
herein by reference.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above-captioned case bearing Docket Number
98-ALJ-17-0225-CC is hereby dismissed with prejudice.
