This matter is before me as a Tax Appeal matter and the parties have resolved this case by
agreeing to a value for the referenced parcel of $200,000.00 for the Tax Year 1997.
NOW THEREFORE, upon Motion of Joseph K. Qualey, Esquire and with the consent of
Dennis J. Rhoad, Esquire, I find that the above parcel shall be valued at $200,000.00 for the Tax
Year 1997.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
