ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-entitled case is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. On April
24, 1998, a letter was received from Vernon E. Birt, Petitioner, stating, "I am requesting that the
hearing scheduled for April 27, 1998 at 10:00 a.m. be canceled. At this time I feel it would be to my
better interest to have this hearing canceled until I have sufficient time to provide a better case and
have my attorney represent me".
Therefore, IT IS ORDERED that the above-captioned case be and hereby is dismissed and
the hearing which was scheduled for Monday, April 27, 1998, at 10:00 a.m. has been canceled.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
