ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. On April 15, 1997, David
Heath Woodward (Petitioner), through his agent, John C. Woodward, Petitioner's father, filed a
statement explaining that Petitioner does not wish to pursue this matter. Accordingly, Petitioner has
decided to accept the decision previously made by the Aiken County Assessor with regard to the
assessment of the value of his property and, therefore, requests this matter be dismissed.
Thus, IT IS ORDERED that this matter be and hereby is dismissed.
