ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
In the above-captioned matter, a hearing was scheduled for Tuesday, October 28, 1997, at
10:00 a.m. However, John Zilinsky, Attorney for Respondent, notified this tribunal by letter
dated October 27, 1997, incorporated by reference herein, that the parties had negotiated a
settlement. Mr. Zilinsky also forwarded a copy of a letter from Petitioner to Respondent, dated
October 27, 1997, incorporated by reference herein, in which Petitioner stated that he would
settle his appeal if the assessed value of his property was lowered by $3,500.00 In his letter to
this tribunal, Mr. Zilinsky stated that Respondent was willing to accept Petitioner's terms and
requested that the hearing in this matter be canceled.
It appearing that the parties have settled this matter as evidenced by the correspondence
between them, the above-captioned case is hereby dismissed.
