ORDER OF DISMISSAL
In the above-captioned contested case, Petitioner Tonya Booth Nash appealed the decision of the
Abbeville County Treasurer regarding the assessment of her automobile. However, by letter filed
January 15, 1997, Petitioner moved this tribunal for a dismissal of this matter.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is dismissed and the hearing scheduled for March 6,
1997 is canceled.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
