ORDER OF DISMISSAL
In the above-captioned matter, petitioner Dorothy S. Carn appealed the decision of the Calhoun
County Board of Assessment Appeals regarding a refund of 1995 taxes paid on property that was
allegedly sold at a public auction in July 1995. However, by letter dated November 29, 1996,
petitioner moved this tribunal for a dismissal of this matter.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is dismissed with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
