ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
In the above-captioned matter, petitioner Joe L. Savitz filed a protest regarding the tax
assessment of his 1996 Lincoln Town Car Executive four door sedan. A hearing was scheduled
for December 10, 1996 at the Administrative Law Judge Division, Columbia, South Carolina.
However, by letter received December 6, 1996, petitioner moved this tribunal for a dismissal of
this matter.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is dismissed with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
