ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
A Notice of Withdrawal in the above matter was filed with the Court on December 23, 1996, by
Dennis M. Gmerek, Attorney for Petitioner, withdrawing Petitioner's request for a contested case
hearing. The Aiken County Tax Assessor's Office filed a request for a contested case hearing
with this Court on September 16, 1996, regarding the findings of the Aiken County Board of
Assessment Appeals in its decision dated September 10, 1996.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that above-captioned case bearing Docket Number
96-ALJ-17-0396-CC is hereby dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
