ORDERS:
CONSENT ORDER
The Petitioner filed an appeal before the Administrative Law Judge requesting a
hearing on the tax assessment on his property located at 306 Point Place, Westminster,
SC. A hearing is scheduled for October 1, 1996.
The parties have agreed to a compromise settlement in this matter. The
Respondent has agreed to an appraisal value on the subject property of $190,000.00.
With the consent of both the Petitioner and the Respondent it is hereby ordered
that the value of the subject property shall be $190,000.00.
It is further agreed that this settlement concludes all the matters before the
Administrative Law Judge and therefore the Petitioner's appeal is dismissed.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED.
